Day 16

Read REVELATION 21:3-4

For lots of us, Christmas is one of the happiest days of the whole year isn't it? We get to spend it with our loved ones, eat yummy food, and even open presents! But for lots of people all around the world, Christmas is a sad time. Sad money to buy presents. Sad because they don't have loved ones around them. In some countries people aren't allowed to be christians, so they can't even celebrate. Thinking about all this can make us sad too. Thinking Christmas about it can even make Christmas feel a little less happy. But Christmas also reminds us of a big promise that God has made. One day, Jesus will come back and fix up all of these sad things! And then there will be no more sadness,no more sickness, no more crying, and no more pain. What an incredible promise! So this Christmas, as we celebrate the first time Jesus he is coming back. And when comes back, God will live with his people forever, and everything will be made right!
